Your tasks

Do you combine data engineering with analytical thinking and feel at home in the world of marketing automation? Then you've come to the right place.

You ensure that data is transformed into relevant customer communication. From data models and integrations to a central customer view, you create the foundation for personalized customer journeys, automated campaigns, and data-driven decisions. You work closely with marketing, CRM, and engineering, ensuring a reliable data foundation and continuously developing it further.

You actively contribute ideas for how things can be improved or where there is untapped potential, and work together with the team to create sustainable solutions.

Further develop the data basis for marketing automation

  • You will build and further develop scalable data models and a central 360° customer view from CRM, usage and contract data.

  • You ensure that personalized and automated customer communication is based on the right customer and behavioral data.

  • You translate requirements from marketing and lifecycle into data-driven automation logic, such as triggers, segments, and customer journeys.

Further develop data platforms and integrations

  • You will build, operate, and optimize the data integrations and interfaces to the marketing automation platform.

  • You bring together CRM, behavioral, and product usage data and keep it consistent across all systems.

  • You monitor data flows, ensure their quality, and resolve errors before they become visible in campaigns.

Analytics and data-driven decisions enable

  • You create the analytical foundations for segmentation, personalization, churn forecasts and customer lifecycle models.

  • You will develop the KPI, reporting, and ROI frameworks we use to measure and improve marketing performance. Marketing defines the metrics themselves; you ensure they are reliable.

Advancing tracking and performance measurement

  • You design and further develop tracking and tagging concepts for digital channels.

  • You ensure the quality of the tracking as a basis for automation, analysis and reporting.

Ensure data quality and compliance

  • You ensure high data quality and compliance with data protection, governance, and compliance requirements.

  • You define and implement standards for data cleansing, retention, deletion, and consent management.

Your profile

  • You bring several years of experience in data engineering, ideally complemented by knowledge in data science, advanced analytics or marketing analytics.

  • You have worked in the field of marketing automation and data-driven customer lifecycle management.

  • You have a solid understanding of data modeling, ETL and ELT processes, and data quality management.

  • You have experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and complex system integrations.

  • You think analytically and translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.

  • You are familiar with GDPR, consent management, and data governance.

  • Experience with HubSpot is a great advantage, especially with CRM data models, custom objects, workflows, segmentation, and data synchronization.

  • You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams with marketing, CRM, product management and engineering.
