Tasks

  • Advising our clients on the implementation, further development and optimization of Microsoft Fabric solutions with a focus on innovative AI algorithms and analytics.
  • Design and implementation of modern data platform architectures based on Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Engineering)
  • Development and optimization of ETL/ELT pipelines within the Microsoft Fabric platform
  • Development and enhancement of scalable BI architectures and data-driven business strategies
  • Development of interactive Power BI dashboards and reports , integrated into Microsoft Fabric
  • Leveraging Azure and Fabric-native services to implement analytical and AI-powered use cases (e.g., Fabric Data Science, Azure ML, Cognitive Services)
  • Supporting our customers in building their fabric environments , including security, governance, and deployment concepts.
  • Conducting requirements engineering workshops , enablement sessions and training courses on Microsoft Fabric

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics , data science or a comparable field
  • Practical experience with:
    • Data modeling and analytical data models
    • ETL/ELT processes, ideally in Microsoft Fabric or Azure
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and development based on Microsoft technologies
  • Strong interest in modern analytics and data platforms , especially Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Factory, Synapse-like concepts)
  • Basic knowledge of machine learning / AI (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras or Azure ML)
  • Experience in customer consulting and the ability to translate technical requirements into technical Fabric solutions.
  • Independent, structured work style and enjoyment of complex data projects
  • Experience with classic and agile project methods
  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany
  • Very good German and English skills
