Do you want to help companies strategically use data and AI? In this senior role, you will lead complex consulting and transformation projects – from vision to implementation.

What you can expect:

• Strategic consulting: Be a sparring partner for management and C-level executives on data & AI strategy, governance, innovation and transformation.
• Vision & Roadmap: Develop concepts, define strategies and translate them into concrete programs and projects – from data platforms to GenAI solutions.
• Use Cases & Innovation: Identify new opportunities, assess their impact, and introduce innovative approaches such as Green AI and AI Governance.
• Implementation & Leadership: Take responsibility in project and program management, product ownership, requirements engineering and agile coaching.
• Expertise & Thought Leadership: Share your knowledge on topics such as EU AI Act, Generative AI and Data Governance, develop methods and best practices and drive our portfolio forward.
• Teamwork & Stakeholder Management: Lead interdisciplinary teams, moderate workshops and convince C-level executives with clear strategies.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in economics, (business) informatics, data science or similar.
• Several years of experience in consulting or projects related to Data & AI, data platforms, analytics, IT strategy, governance or digital transformation.
• Demonstrable success in the development and implementation of data and IT strategies – ideally including governance, operating models and transformation programs.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills , as well as a deep understanding of data-driven business models and innovative technologies.
• Excellent communication and moderation skills to confidently advise C-level executives and management.
• Ability to translate business and governance requirements into viable technical solutions and roadmaps.
• A desire to take responsibility for programs and projects and to act as a sparring partner for managers.
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with agile methods and project management (Scrum, SAFe, PMI, PRINCE2).
• Basic knowledge of programming languages ​​(Python, Java, Scala) or modern data & AI tools to evaluate designs.
• Understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data & AI contexts.
• Expertise in data visualization and storytelling to make complex topics understandable.
