Tasks

Generative AI transforms business processes, products, and ways of working – when used effectively. In the AI ​​Business Solutions division at Cluster Dynamics Reply, you'll design productive GenAI solutions that scale and deliver real added value. You'll develop copilots and custom AI services, seamlessly integrating them into real-world business processes – from concept to productive deployment.

• Conceptualization and implementation of productive generative AI solutions that are stable, scalable and practically integrated into business processes.
• Development and further development of Copilot and Copilot Studio applications as well as AI-supported business services
• Integration of AI services into existing system landscapes, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Consulting for clients on AI architecture, governance, security and scaling of GenAI applications
• Close collaboration with specialist departments to identify, evaluate and implement meaningful AI use cases.
• Active participation in shaping AI solutions , best practices, and technical standards within the team and project environment.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in an IT-related field, e.g. (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science or a comparable qualification
• At least 1 year of practical experience in the Microsoft Azure and AI environment , as well as in the development of modern, cloud-based applications.
• Good knowledge of Copilot Studio, the Power Platform (Power Automate, Model-driven Apps) and Azure AI Foundry
• Good knowledge of programming languages ​​such as Python, C# .NET, etc. is an advantage.
• Initial experience in integrating AI services into existing systems, as well as in working with APIs and cloud-native architectures.
• Ideally, you have experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services , and REST APIs.
• Confident demeanor in a consulting context and the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly, in a structured and convincing manner to specialist departments and decision-makers up to the C-level.
• Excellent German and English skills , as well as occasional willingness to travel, complete your profile.
