As a Cyber ​​Security Consultant (m/f/d), you will support companies in sustainably improving their security level. As a Trusted Security Advisor, you will advise your clients on topics such as IT security, information security, risk management, security operations, security architecture, Active Directory, cloud security, and vulnerability management.

You will support a fixed customer base on a long-term basis and help companies to identify cyber risks early, close security gaps and continuously develop their security strategy.

Together with our Security Operations Center (SOC), Threat Intelligence Teams and world-leading cybersecurity experts, you will support customers in making safer decisions – based on data, best practices and current threat landscapes.

For applicants outside the greater Frankfurt area, we offer 100% remote work within Germany. If you live in Frankfurt, you can work with us in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).

You will become a Trusted Security Advisor

• You will manage a fixed portfolio of clients and be the first point of contact for questions relating to cybersecurity, IT security, and information security.

• In regular meetings, you show your customers their current security status, identify risks, and support them in their security strategy.

• You use your experience and current best practices to help customers improve their security architecture.

• You work with insights from Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response and Security Monitoring.

• You advise clients on current threats, security gaps, vulnerabilities and new attack techniques.

• You have direct access to insights from our Security Operations Center and can understandably classify and explain security alerts.

• You will work closely with a dedicated team of cybersecurity experts and continuously develop your skills.

You can achieve this with

• You help customers identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, shadow IT and security risks earlier than potential attackers.

• You develop vendor-neutral recommendations for security architecture, hardening, and risk minimization.

• You provide advice on topics such as Active Directory, Identity Management, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Network Security and Infrastructure Security.

• You support clients in planning and prioritizing security measures.

• You will become a valued contact person for administrators, security teams, IT managers and C-level decision-makers.

Your profile as a Cyber ​​Security Consultant

Experience

• Training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable qualification with a focus on cybersecurity or IT security

• Alternatively, study in cybersecurity, information security, computer science or information technology

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT security

• Experience in customer contact, consulting or stakeholder management

• Very good German and English skills

Knowledge in cybersecurity, IT security, and information security

You should master at least three of the following areas:

The base salary range for this job family is 48,500 to 143,000 EUR annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
