What awaits you

• Professional coordination of tenders: Responsibility for the processing and coordination of public and private tenders (RFP/RFQ) – from the initial request to the final submission.
• Create targeted offers: Together with our specialist departments, you will professionally prepare convincing offers.
• Analyze requirements precisely: You will analyze the tender documents in a structured manner to ensure that all relevant requirements are clearly recorded.
• Developing offers in terms of content and commercial aspects: Support in the content-related and commercial design of high-quality offer documents is also part of your responsibilities.
• Actively manage interfaces: You will work closely with Account Management, PreSales and our technical teams.
• Ensuring quality and deadlines: With your attention to detail, you ensure that all documents are complete, of high quality and submitted on time.
• Maintaining documentation and templates: You also keep templates, text modules and offer documentation up-to-date and structured.

• Experience in offer or tender management: You bring experience in sales, offer management, tendering or in comparable commercial activities.
• Structured and meticulous work style: Organizational talent, accuracy and a high standard of quality characterize your work style.
• Analytical thinking skills: Enjoyment of document-, process- and analysis-oriented tasks is particularly important for this role.
