Your mission
As a Full Stack Data Scientist Expert, you develop and optimize scalable data pipelines, data platforms and agentic workflows along the entire data engineering lifecycle.
Your goal: To create reliable, secure and reusable data solutions that drive our automation and enable data-driven decisions.
Your daily business:
- Identification of suitable data engineering tasks for autonomous agents, as well as definition of clear requirements, guardrails, and quality criteria.
- Development of agent-based workflows for pipeline creation, testing, monitoring, documentation, and data quality checks.
- Design, implementation and optimization of scalable ETL and ELT pipelines as well as cloud-based data infrastructures
- Integration of different data sources and transformation of raw data into reliable, documented and reusable data models
- Monitoring of data pipelines, processing tools and storage systems, as well as proactive remediation of errors and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensuring data governance, access controls, security and cost-efficient data processing
- Close collaboration with data analysts, analytics engineers, product owners and other stakeholders, as well as transparent documentation of technical decisions.
That's what makes you who you are
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business intelligence, data engineering, economics or a comparable qualification
- More than four years of relevant professional experience in data engineering, business intelligence, data analytics, or comparable data platform environments.
- Solid practical experience with cloud-based data infrastructures, ideally GCP and BigQuery, as well as with SQL, Python, dbt, Jenkins or comparable technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of data modeling, ETL and ELT processes, DWH architectures, orchestration, monitoring and data governance
- A structured, independent work style and the ability to communicate technical requirements, risks and dependencies clearly to different stakeholders.
- Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written, for successful communication with colleagues and customers.
- Nice to have: Experience in the online marketing environment as well as with AI-supported engineering tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot and agentic workflows.
