Your contribution to TenneT
- Portfolio management : You will support portfolio management with a focus on resource planning, prioritization and risk management, and contribute to the further development of planning and control tools.
- Data analysis: You collect, structure, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data and assist with interviews and surveys.
- Performance management: Your responsibilities include maintaining, consolidating, and analyzing project, portfolio, and resource data to create meaningful performance reports.
- Resource planning: You will contribute to the further development of our resource management tool and support the analysis of resource requirements, availability, and utilization.
- Reporting: Your tasks include creating reports, dashboards, presentations, and decision-making templates for management and stakeholders.
Your profile
- Professional qualifications: You are currently enrolled in a university degree program in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field.
- Analytics & Data: Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as an understanding of data structures and resource, capacity and project data, are among your strengths.
- Tools & Reporting: You have very good Excel skills in data preparation, analysis, reporting and dashboard creation; ideally, you have initial experience with Power Query, Power BI, VBA and SharePoint.
- Language skills: The position requires very good German skills, both spoken and written.
- Work style & communication: You are characterized by a structured, independent and solution-oriented work style, as well as strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Our challenges
The Field Operations AC department performs fieldwork such as maintenance, overhauls, and small-scale projects for AC systems, including asset data, documentation, and standardization. It assumes technical roles in larger projects and operates communication and automation networks. The unit provides detailed engineering services for various systems and offers centralized technical support to other operational units. Clear performance targets and OKRs are defined for management purposes.
