What can you expect?
- Data Analytics : Development and continuous improvement of data products, reporting and analytics solutions for the Quality and Operations business units.
- Data Engineering : Modeling, transformation, and provisioning of data in Snowflake
- BI Development : Creation of data models, dashboards and reports in Qlik Sense
- Process analysis : Analysis and understanding of operational business processes as a basis for data-driven solutions
- Requirements management: Close collaboration with specialist departments and operational units to capture and implement requirements in an agile working environment.
- Data Mesh: Collaboration with subject matter experts and data product owners in line with the data mesh approach.
- Internal service : Consulting and support for specialist departments on data-driven issues
- Presentation and communication: Presentation of solutions, results and recommendations for action.
- Innovation and AI: Identifying new use cases for AI and modern analytics solutions
- Education/Studies : Successfully completed studies in business informatics or comparable field with relevant professional experience in data engineering, analytics or business intelligence.
- Data Engineering: Excellent SQL skills and at least 3 years of professional experience in building, modeling, and transforming data in modern data warehouse environments, ideally Snowflake.
- Analytics Reporting: At least 3 years of professional experience in developing data models, dashboards, reporting solutions and automations, ideally with Qlik Sense.
- Artificial Intelligence: Safe handling of common AI tools to support analysis, development and documentation tasks
- Independent and structured work style with the ability to plan and prioritize work packages independently and to proactively drive topics forward.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills to recognize relationships in data and processes, analyze causes, and derive well-founded and pragmatic recommendations and solutions.
- Reliability : You keep your promises, communicate transparently, and build trust with relevant stakeholders.
- High quality awareness with a clear focus on data quality, clean documentation and sustainable solutions
- Language skills : Very good German skills, both spoken and written (at least level C1), and good English skills, both spoken and written.
