Your tasks

  • Prototyping & Trend Scouting: You identify current AI trends, assess their added value, and independently develop initial AI prototypes.
  • Automation & Vibe Coding: You use Vibe Coding tools and scripts to intelligently optimize processes and automate workflows.
  • Concept & Empowerment: You inspire your colleagues (m/f/d) with AI and show them in a practical way how they can unlock efficiency potential in everyday life.
  • Methods & Quality Assurance: You will refine our tool and method landscape, provide fresh impetus for quality assurance, and drive digital collaboration forward.

Your profile

  • Studies & Experience: You are studying (business) informatics or a comparable subject and ideally have initial practical experience from the agile development environment.
  • AI & Vibe Coding: You are already proficient in using AI tools (preferably Gemini) and have experience in vibe coding with tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code or Antigravity.
  • Tech Stack & Tools: You have initial knowledge of object-oriented programming (C# or Java), Python, SQL, and tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or SAP.
  • Personality: You impress with your strong communication skills, quality awareness, and initiative.
  • Language skills: You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written (C1 level).
