Your tasks

  • You will actively accompany and support our HR departments on their journey to becoming a data-driven organization.
  • You are responsible for the entire product lifecycle of your BI & data management solutions, from conception to go-live and their further development.
  • You will be responsible for innovative business intelligence solutions – from data collection to visualization, from self-service BI to enterprise solutions.
  • You will work with the latest technologies in the environment of our HR and BI systems, such as SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Looker Enterprise, Big Query and Strategy.
  • You combine a passion for technology with business acumen.
  • You build bridges between specialist departments and IT contacts.
  • You will work in agile, international project, solution, and product teams.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies or training in the field of (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have initial experience in data processing/modeling and/or report creation (e.g., from an internship).
  • Prior knowledge of SAP BI tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, HANA Studio) or HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, HCM is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of a programming language (e.g. SQL, Python, JavaScript or ABAP)
  • Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
  • Enjoyment in delving into complex relationships and developing your affinity for IT
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor
