Job description

• Management and further development of the global cybersecurity program with a focus on ensuring the compliance of legal entities.
• Supporting locations in Europe and the USA in implementing NIS2, CRA, ISO/IEC 27001 and other requirements
• Development and rollout of security policies, processes, templates and guidelines
• Definition and implementation of central security services and processes for the entire organization
• Design and establishment of SOC services (internal or external)
• Conducting security training, awareness campaigns, and process implementations.
• Advising our customers on the implementation of technical and organizational measures in accordance with NIS2 in networked transport infrastructure (e.g. system hardening, segmentation, incident processes)
• Collaboration with MDs, ISOs, product development, solutions & sales teams, and central IT
• Monitoring and reporting of security indicators and compliance status

Qualifications

• You have a completed degree in computer science, IT security or a comparable qualification.
• You already have several years of experience in the field of cyber security, ideally in an international environment.
• Application of sound knowledge in NIS2, CRA, ISO/IEC 27001 as well as in the establishment and operation of ISMS
• You already have experience in advising on technical and organizational security measures.
• Your expertise in security processes, SOC concepts and the protection of OT/IoT systems makes you ideally suited for this position.
• You have excellent communication skills and a confident manner when dealing with management and specialist departments.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
