Head of Cybersecurity / Managed Security Service Provider (m/f/d)

Langenau, full-time, permanent position

With over three decades of consulting experience in customized IT solutions and intelligent HR systems, we are currently working on expanding our consulting portfolio to include the increasingly important topic of cybersecurity. Our focus is primarily on offering medium-sized businesses a collaborative partnership based on mutual respect, thereby introducing cybersecurity as a holistic approach to this target group.

We are already building on successful projects with our core product Cynet. We aim to further expand on these successes through a clear strategic focus on Cynet and Managed Security Services.

Your goal

• Strategic alignment of the entire division and development of our cybersecurity service portfolio
• Building, leading and strategically developing a sales and consulting team in the field of cybersecurity / MSSP with responsibility for results, budget and personnel.
• Conceptualization, development and setup of scalable service and managed service offerings with a focus on cybersecurity
• Optimization and expansion of sales and business development through the development of scalable sales and marketing processes, as well as active participation in customer acquisition.
• Further development of existing processes and structures as well as the establishment of new ones in a growing organization

• At least 7 years of professional experience and several years of management experience in IT consulting, MSSP, cybersecurity or similar fields.
• Sound knowledge of modern cybersecurity solutions and relevant market requirements
• Experience in building, developing, or scaling business units, services, or managed services
• Successes in B2B sales of complex IT or SaaS solutions
• Good knowledge of the economic management of business units, especially in the areas of pricing, costing and profitability.
• Prior experience with Cynet products is advantageous.
