• Conception and implementation of dashboards and reports for managing the supply chain from regional companies to the branch.
• Definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) and their implementation in Power BI reports and cubes/datasets
• Close collaboration with data engineers in data modeling in the form of joint concepts and refinements of user stories (SCRUM)
• Design and optimization of performance for improved usability (e.g., faster loading times)
• You ensure the stable operation of our BI tools within the framework of operations, monitoring and incident management.
• Your focus is on business intelligence, but ideally you also have experience in backend development (e.g., experience connecting new data sources, developing and optimizing ETL pipelines, data modeling).
• Creation of training materials and conducting training courses
• Performing ad-hoc analyses for strategic issues as needed

• Completed studies in business informatics, statistics, business intelligence, data analytics or comparable qualification
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the fields of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Engineering or a comparable activity.
• Your focus is on business intelligence, but ideally you also have experience in backend development (e.g., experience connecting new data sources, developing and optimizing ETL pipelines, data modeling) as well as knowledge in the supply chain management environment.
• You have in-depth knowledge of developing target-group-oriented reports and dashboards for different stakeholders and are able to analyze and model complex datasets and share this knowledge with your teammates.
• You have advanced programming skills in R, Python, SQL or similar languages, combined with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI and the Microsoft Azure environment.
• Analytical thinking skills, a structured approach, and enjoyment in solving complex new tasks.
• A high degree of independence, diligence, and quality awareness
• Ability to cope with uncertainty and high motivation to design new processes and concepts
• Good English skills, both spoken and written.
