We want to grow with you: To expand our AI team, we are looking for a Data Scientist (m/f/d) for our Schriesheim location (near Heidelberg).

• After an intensive onboarding process, you will quickly take on tasks in (internal) projects.
• You will develop and implement machine learning models and AI agents using modern cloud infrastructure.
• You validate data sources and analyze large amounts of data from SAP systems and energy industry applications.
• You develop and integrate Generative AI applications.
• You create technical concepts for implementing software solutions based on new, innovative SAP technologies.
• You identify new use cases for AI in the energy industry.

• Successfully completed technical or scientific studies (with experience in research/statistics/programming)
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Good programming skills in Python and experience with data science frameworks such as Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Proficient use of SQL and modern data architectures, as well as extensive skills in data analysis.
• Strong knowledge in the areas of Machine Learning, Generative AI and Large Language Models
• Excellent German skills at C1 level for smooth communication within the team and with our customers.
• You are familiar with the application of project and process management methods and tools.
• You have an analytical mindset, enjoy working in a team, and are happy to contribute your own suggestions.
• If the project situation requires it, you don't mind occasional trips to the client.

You will receive intensive onboarding and subsequently be integrated into a team of experienced colleagues to learn the necessary technical fundamentals.
