Data Scientist (AI Enablement, Machine Learning, Prompt Engineering) (m/f/d)
For a project in transport and logistics, we are looking for a Data Scientist (m/f/d) with experience in AI Enablement, Machine Learning and Prompt Engineering.

Tasks
Conducting AI enablement formats to identify and prioritize AI use cases, using machine learning, generative AI and AI tools for data analysis, designing models, dashboards, data visualizations, prompt libraries and documentation, and advising internal departments.
Mandatory requirements
- Experience in the conception and implementation of AI enablement programs in a corporate environment (>10,000 employees, 3 years) for the application of generative/agentic AI tools (M365 Copi, Kiro) in a work context
- Proven experience in the application and teaching of prompt engineering methods for generative AI tools in a business context for over 3 years.
- Extensive knowledge/experience regarding the variety of methods for knowledge transfer (blended learning, community formats) and support of change processes in the IT environment within large corporations (>10,000 employees, 3 project references).
- Experience in needs/requirements analysis, prioritization and translation of professional and technical needs into suitable AI enablement measures
- Proven experience and in-depth technical understanding (functioning, application scenarios, limitations, best practices) of current AI tools in a business context, especially M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and comparable AI assistants.
Target requirements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex content in an understandable and motivating way to various stakeholder groups, from technical experts to C-level decision-makers.
- Experience in feedback and evaluation methods (NPS, maturity level measurement, KPI-based impact measurement)
- Good knowledge of agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and proven experience in working together in cross-functional teams of developers, IT specialists and business stakeholders.
