Bertelsmann Global Business Services supports its group companies worldwide with modern, digital solutions for their business processes – from accounting and controlling to procurement and reporting. At the Rheda-Wiedenbrück location, you will work on the further development of our SAP, ServiceNow, and Microsoft platforms and drive forward intelligent, automated processes.

You can expect the following exciting tasks:

• Consulting and support for the implementation and optimization of business intelligence solutions in the finance and controlling sector.

• Analysis and modeling of data structures and processes to improve decision-making

• Development of dashboards and reports in SAP Analytics Cloud to support controlling processes.

• Participation in the replacement of SAP BW and the implementation of SAP DataSphere and the Business Data Cloud

• Collaboration with specialist departments to identify requirements and implement innovative solutions

• Support in the implementation of cloud solutions in the SAP environment, including BTP, Integration Suite and AI solutions.

• Training and support for end users in the use of the new applications and cloud solutions.

• Completed studies in the field of business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification

• A drive to shape things, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking with a focus on the big picture.

• Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills

• Development and implementation of strategic initiatives as well as optimization of processes with a focus on efficiency and quality

• Experience in the field of Business Intelligence, ideally in the SAP environment

• Knowledge of SAP DataSphere, SAP Analytics Cloud and Business Data Cloud would be an advantage.

• Knowledge of SAP BW transformation and the transition to modern cloud platforms is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Analytical thinking skills and a solution-oriented approach to work

• Teamwork skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain complex topics in an understandable way.

• Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and a willingness to continuously develop oneself.
