Your tasks

As Managing Director, you are responsible for the strategic and operational development of the company and combine entrepreneurial leadership with active customer consulting. Specifically, this means:

• Corporate management: Overall responsibility for the economic development, strategic direction and operational management of the company

• Team leadership: Leading, coaching and developing a specialized team, as well as promoting independent collaboration.

• Client projects: Professional and operational support for demanding projects related to corporate planning, reporting, business intelligence, and consolidation.

• Business Development: Expanding existing customer relationships, developing new business potential, and actively participating in key sales processes.

• Client consulting: Strategic sparring partner for clients at the management level in the optimization of financial processes and the introduction of data-driven solutions.

• Market development: Identification of new market potential and targeted further development of the service portfolio and market positioning

Your profile as Managing Director

• Several years of professional experience in finance, controlling, corporate planning, reporting and consolidation

• Experience in leading teams, projects or business units, as well as a passion for developing people and structures.

• Experience in managing complex projects, ideally related to financial processes, software implementations, or digitalization in the finance sector.

• A good understanding of business intelligence, planning and consolidation solutions , and the ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.

• Entrepreneurial thinking and the motivation to take on operational responsibility in addition to strategic decisions.

• Independent, structured work style, strong communication skills, decisiveness and a pragmatic leadership style

• Fluent German skills at least at C1 level

• Willingness to attend occasional on-site customer meetings
