We are looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) in the field of Business Intelligence to support the analysis and reporting activities for the Swiss market.
You will work closely with the Business Intelligence team and support Sales, Marketing and Senior Management in transforming business data into actionable insights.

Your tasks
Reporting & Data Analysis

Support in creating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.

Analysis of sales performance, customer trends and market indicators

Assisting with the preparation of management reports and presentations for senior stakeholders

Verification and assurance of data quality and the accuracy of reports
Business Intelligence & Dashboard-Support

Support in maintaining and further developing BI dashboards and reporting tools

Contributing to the automation of Excel-based reports and processes

Support in extracting, transforming, and consolidating data from various sources
Stakeholder support

Providing reporting support for the sales and marketing teams in Switzerland

Support in answering ad-hoc business questions through data-driven analysis.

Contribution to performance tracking and monitoring of business metrics
Your profile
-
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a comparable course of study

Strong interest in data analysis and business intelligence

Good analytical skills and a keen eye for detail

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas; VBA or Power Query are an advantage )

Fluent English skills , German is a plus
