Data is the heart of modern production systems. Our MES system, PromasCS, generates valuable information daily about production processes, equipment, quality, and efficiency.

As a Data & AI Specialist, you will identify new potential in this data and develop innovative analysis and AI solutions for our customers and our product. You will combine industrial processes, modern data analysis, and artificial intelligence to create tangible added value for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.

In this role, you will work with us to build a new area of ​​expertise and significantly shape BecoPro's future data and AI strategy.

Here's how to participate:

• Making data from production processes usable:
  You analyze production, quality and process data from our MES system PromasCS and identify potential for improving transparency, quality and efficiency.

• Develop new analysis functions for PromasCS.
  You will develop new evaluations, key performance indicators, dashboards, and analysis functions for our MES system PromasCS. You will apply modern data analysis methods and, where necessary, AI techniques.

• Analyze and optimize production processes.
  You develop solutions for:

  • Efficiency evaluation (KPI / OEE)
  • Process optimization
  • Detection of deviations and anomalies
  • Predictive Maintenance
  • Predictive Quality
  • Root cause analysis of process deviations

• Customer projects in the field of data analytics:
  Together with our customers, you will analyze questions, evaluate data sources and develop practical solutions for data-based decisions.

• Integration into PromasCS and data platforms:
  You will work closely with our software developers and integrate new analysis and reporting functions into PromasCS as well as into modern data platforms.

• Building a new area of ​​expertise:
  Together with us, you will further develop the field of Data Analytics & AI, evaluate new technologies and contribute ideas for future product features.

Your profile:

• Completed professional training
  You have a completed degree or vocational training in the field of:

  • Computer science
  • Data Science
  • Artificial intelligence
  • Business informatics
  • statistics
  • Engineering
  • or a comparable field

• Experience in data analysis and software development.
  You have experience with data analysis, data models and ideally with the development of data-driven applications.

  Experience with Python and SQL is desirable. Knowledge of business intelligence solutions, data platforms, or machine learning methods is advantageous.

• Enthusiasm for data and new technologies:
  You enjoy recognizing patterns in data and deriving practical solutions from them. You see new technologies and AI as tools to gain additional value from data.

• Interest in industrial production processes.
  You want to understand how modern production facilities work and how data can be used to sustainably improve quality, efficiency and transparency.

Together with the customer, you analyze production and quality data from PromasCS and identify optimization opportunities.

Following a feasibility analysis, you will develop initial concepts and prototypes. Subsequently, you will create data models, dashboards, or analytical applications and integrate them into PromasCS or the customer's data platform.

You will work closely with our software developers, automation experts, and product managers. After commissioning, you will analyze the results, gather feedback, and continuously develop the solution further.

Many successful customer projects provide the basis for new product features that are later made available to all PromasCS customers.
