THIS IS WHAT YOU DO AT BASE CAMP
- Development and enhancement of management and investor reporting in the PE context (KPI set, data sources, calculation logic, report structure).
- Integration and preparation of data from relevant systems/files for a reliable reporting basis.
- Ensuring data quality and consistency along the reporting chain (plausibility checks, defined standards, clean handovers between tools/sources).
THIS WILL EARN YOU WITH US
- Completed Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on databases, data engineering or a comparable technically oriented field.
- Knowledge of SQL and data integration tools (e.g. dbt) as well as a data visualization tool (e.g. Microsoft Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.
- Ideally, you already have programming skills, for example in Python or web development.
- Analytical, structured and detail-oriented working style.
- Fluent German and English (at least C1 level).
