YOUR TASKS

• After a structured onboarding process, you will take on clearly defined task packages and contribute to data engineering solutions based on the SAP portfolio (SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud).

• You will support the analysis of technical requirements as well as the design and implementation of data models and ETL processes in the SAP environment.
• You will create analyses and presentations and participate in testing, data preparation, and the preparation of workshops.
• You apply methods, tools and templates in a structured manner, adhere to predefined standards and coordinate closely with the team on technical topics.
• You will gain insight into a portfolio that goes beyond classic SAP BW: Through the continuous expansion of our technology stack, you will also learn about approaches similar to Microsoft and Databricks, depending on the project.
• You work reliably and with a focus on quality, communicate proactively when questions arise, and gradually develop an understanding of customer contexts and consulting processes.
• Your perspective: After successful onboarding, you will increasingly take on work packages independently and grow towards becoming a (Senior) Consultant SAP Data Engineering – with your own project and, in the future, team responsibility.

WHAT YOU BRING

You have a successfully completed degree, e.g. in computer science / business informatics, or training with a comparable background.

• You have a high willingness to learn, a quick grasp of concepts and a structured way of working.
• You are interested in SAP technologies (e.g. SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud) and related technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake or the cloud platforms Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and AWS.
• You want to develop not only in SAP, but in the entire data and AI ecosystem – we pursue a multi-vendor strategy with SAP at its core.
• You are characterized by your ability to work in a team, as well as clear, proactive communication and a willingness to seek and implement feedback.
• Ideally, you have some initial practical experience in the field of Data & AI.
• You're interested in integrating agentic AI into your daily work and project work – prior experience is a plus. We'll provide you with a modern toolset offering various integration options so you can develop your skills in this future-oriented field.
• Fluent German (C1 level) and good English skills, as well as the motivation to continuously develop your professional and methodological skills.
